raw goodness

raw foodism is based on eating whole, live, nutritionally-dense, often all organic, uncooked and unprocessed foods as a large percentage of the diet. raw foods have higher nutrient values than foods that have been cooked. heating food above 104-120 degrees Fahrenheit degrades or destroys enzymes in food needed for proper digestion and health.
